I have a question
good morning on April 3 I buy a navigator for my Audi . they ask me for the model I send photos everything necessary despite the fact that if I enter my vehicle on the product it says not compatible . so I ask to cancel the order plus in the cancellation section after three days it does not allow me to do it. they do not reply to messages - I wrote to them to cancel for incompatibility and mistake . keep in mind that I have paid but the shipment has not yet been sent .

Mentore2 years agoYou should have checked compatibility with your car before placing the order!
The seller is not obliged to accept your cancellation request.
If you bought from a professional seller, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item at your own expense.
If you bought from a private seller who does not accept returns, you will have to keep it.
