I have a question
Good morning, on 20/08/2023 I bought a video game, I was supposed to receive it within 3 days, which did not happen. I contact the seller, who asks me if I can wait. I waited until last week (15/09/2023), then the seller offered to refund me, since the mail was reporting problems while processing my package. I accepted the refund, informing the seller that I would let him know if the item arrived, because I was interested in it. Today I receive the package, but when I open it the box is empty, and on one side the tape on the box was loose. I contact the seller, send him photos of how I received the box, and he suggests that I am trying to scam him.
What should I do?
