A customer asked me to pay for an item purchased days ago for which there is a cancellation in progress. I didn’t cancel the transaction and neither did he, since he is asking me to pay. What can I do?

Only the seller could cancel the transaction. Are you sure the payment request isn’t just an automatic reminder?
