good morning , I sold an item and the buyer paid for it but it doesn't give me the six-digit code so I can

collect the money... what can I do ?

The six-digit code is provided at the time of delivery... since this is a local pickup...

If you delivered the item without entering the code, you made a big mistake; now the buyer could report non-delivery and you would have no way to prove that you delivered it... even worse if you shipped it!

We learn from our mistakes.

In any case, the code is not needed to release the funds; since you are a new seller, they will remain on hold for at least 15 days.

already shipped and collected ..hahaahah......but after 15 days do they get credited automatically?..thx

Yes, of course... if you have obviously updated your account with your IBAN and have completed the verification correctly.
