Hello. I’d like to make a purchase from a seller whom I asked a question about the condition of the item (which, incidentally, was left unanswered...), but when I click on "Buy" I get the message "The seller does not accept offers or purchases from you". I’ve never bought anything from this seller, and my buyer feedback is all positive. Why does this happen? At this point I’m curious.
