Mentore1 year agoPayPal applies fees for currency exchange.
250 dollars is 243.10 euros today; if you add 2.5-3% you get exactly 250 euros.
Also consider that upon arrival you will have to pay the courier the duty, VAT on the goods and duty, and the courier fees for advancing the customs costs and assistance with customs. Altogether at least 70-80 euros
