good morning, I need some help. For some time now eBay has hidden several listings (740) because, for them, they violate the rules. Basically, the body of the listing contained a phone number and email address, and for that reason, fearing that I might sell outside the site, they hid the listings. I should mention that I have more than 2000 listings and after modifying everything, I don't understand why these 740 are not visible again, even though I modified them by deleting all the contact details. I tried contacting them but obviously they weren't able to help me. If anyone has had the same problem as me and has solved it, please kindly point me in the right direction on how to fix it. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoUnfortunately, even in customer support some agents don’t know eBay’s rules and the regulations on distance selling.
You’re a professional seller, so it is mandatory for you to indicate phone number, email, and VAT number. However, they must be provided in the correct place, while it is forbidden to put them in the item description.
