Letter with 4-day mail
Hello. The seller I made a purchase from sent a letter with postal service 4. I used a pickup point as the shipping method. When they deliver this letter to the chosen pickup point (if it ever gets there) does eBay notify me that I can go and pick it up, or since it isn't trackable, do I have to go to the pickup point myself and ask whether it has arrived...? I've never had a situation like this...

Mentore2 years agoIf it’s not a trackable shipment, obviously eBay has no way to know when it arrives at the pickup point and therefore can’t notify you.
You’ll have to hope they notify you from the pickup point or stop by every so often to check.
