invoice not sent
The seller, despite being asked before the purchase was completed, sent me the item but refuses to provide me with the invoice for what I bought. Despite every effort, I can't get in touch with Ebay customer service to report what happened.

Mentore1 year agoEBay can do very little.
If the seller was a professional seller with a registered office in an EU country, they were legally required to issue an invoice upon your request. So file a report with the Guardia di Finanza.
