Failure to collect a package at a Fermopoint
Good morning, unfortunately due to an unexpected work issue I can't get back to Italy in time to physically pick up a package from a Fermopoint that I had specified for delivery.
In this case what happens?
Does the package go back to the seller and I lose my money?
Does anyone know about this situation?

Mentore1 year agoThe package goes back to the seller, but it still belongs to you. You can request a new shipment at your own expense or arrange with the seller for a partial refund.
Or have someone pick it up for you, don’t you have anyone you can authorize and pass the pickup code to?
