Why can't I provide the IBAN of my prepaid card to receive the amount from a sale? EBAY gives me an error message saying that IBAN is not valid.

The IBAN must belong to a card that has the same name as the eBay account; it must also allow incoming bank transfers from EU countries and SEPA direct debits (bill direct debits).

There are many cards that do not have these features and therefore are not accepted.
