Many problems with a seller
Summary: mvqpye bought an item on eBay and paid via PayPal, but the seller still hasn’t shipped it. After opening a claim for non-delivery, the seller started repeatedly contacting mvqpye, asking them to pay more because they supposedly had received higher offers on another platform. mvqpye blocked the seller’s number, but the seller keeps contacting them from other numbers and sending insulting messages, also threatening to leave a terrible review. Although they reported the situation to eBay, they haven’t received any response and are looking for advice on how to handle the situation, especially since the seller knows their phone number and address.
I bought and immediately paid with PayPal (tracked) for an item.
The seller is not shipping, and that is bad, but it’s part of the risks; that’s what eBay’s protection program is for. I’ve already opened a claim for non-delivery of the item I purchased
What bothers me a lot and worries me a bit too is the following:
The seller started bombarding me with calls on my mobile phone
With the first ones I answered, and he wanted to tell me that the price was too low, that after winning the auction he had received other offers on Subito for the same item (which evidently he had listed on multiple platforms) and that I should pay a bit more to match the offer received on another platform
I ended the call and blocked the number
Now he is calling me from other numbers too
In messages he insults me and says he will leave me a terrible review (him to me!! what nerve)
What do you recommend? He doesn’t seem very balanced, and since he has my phone number and address ....
I tried writing to eBay to report the issue, but due to policy they don’t give feedback on these reports ... I, on the other hand, need to be left in peace ...
Thanks in advance for the suggestions, sorry but I’m (relatively) new and had never found myself having to deal with a situation like this ...

If the harassment is serious, you can always report him to the Carabinieri.
