I still haven't received the refund
Good morning, I purchased 2 items, a hygienic filter + grille for a Folletto vacuum cleaner, and I received the notification that the refund had been issued by eBay, but to date, even though more than 3-5 business days have passed, the refund does not appear to have been processed.

according to the rules you’ll find written that a refund can take from 5 to 30 days... it depends on your bank.
