I’m not aware of any shipping services to the Canary Islands

Good evening everyone,
I sold a pair of shoes here on Ebay to a buyer from the Canary Islands. I set the shipping service as
Poste delivery
international standard but when I try to create a label through Ebay Shipping it tells me that there are no available services for shipping to that address.
Please help me, I’ve just started. 🙏🏻

Mentore6 months agoLook... if you’ve just started, you should get yourself properly registered right away; as a private seller, you can’t sell new items!
Also, you should have informed yourself properly about how shipping works; remember that the Canary Islands are Spanish but involve prohibitive shipping costs,
You can get information at a post office.
