I can't generate the label
Hello, I sold an item but when selecting the courier (brt) and clicking on 'I Accept the Terms and Conditions of the Selected Carrier', then I click on 'Confirm and pay' and nothing happens. I tried from two different browsers and also from the app but it doesn't work. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Ps even selecting poste italiane doesn't change the outcome.
