New tax rules

Hello everyone, I’d like some information about the new European rules. I received the report that ebay also sent to the tax agency. Do you know what needs to be done? How do you find out whether you are occasional sellers or not? When I call the ebay consultants, they don’t seem very informed. Do I need to go to my accountant to do the 730?

And I would add where there is no purchase of items intended for resale. So, if your sales do not fall within what was just described... yes... you need to go to an accountant! Kind regards.
