Purchased item is counterfeit
Hello!
I’m a collector of Pokemon trading cards. A few hours ago I came across an offer that was frankly too good to pass up. I acted too hastily.
As soon as I started the payment I realized my mistake and within a few minutes I requested to cancel the order. The seller obviously didn’t accept, I tried to talk him out of it by telling him that in any case I’m protected and that once the item arrived I would start the return process and then get refunded.
The item hasn’t arrived yet obviously, but by now, after having the photos of the aforementioned product sent to me and having confirmed that the product is 100% fake, how should I proceed? I obviously want my money back.
I want to ask you how I can best move forward

if you have valid proof that the item is counterfeit, when you receive it, you can open a return request for item not as described:
