Subject never arrived
In the face of a paid order that was never received, I opened a dispute, which was closed because the seller produced a delivery receipt at my home but with a forged signature, I appealed but it was rejected, I was told to contact the courier, I did so but without any result, I filed a theft report with the competent authorities. Honestly, I don't think I'll get justice; this is a case in which a robbed buyer will have no kind of protection except to hope that justice takes its course, but for modest amounts it will be unlikely, and the dishonest ones will get away with it.
Has anyone had similar bad luck? How did you solve it? (If you solved it).

Mentore2 years agoThe problem arises from the courier certifying that a package with that code was delivered to your address.
Almost all couriers have taken advantage of the streamlining of delivery procedures that took place during the covid "lockdown" period. The procedures that required a signature upon delivery for receipt were suspended and later replaced by the courier’s tick, with (not even always) the name of the person who received the package.
Despite this, the complaint procedure should not have changed, and it should still be called signature denial, the signature must be challenged by initiating the procedure for a false declaration, you will have to ask for an assessment of the correspondence between your signature and the one affixed to the delivery receipt. Unfortunately there are no other solutions since the courier’s certification constitutes full proof.

OP2 years agocourier, in the end I filed a complaint, the regret is that as said,
for amounts that are not significant, we are talking about €60, I think it will end up in the
forgotten drawer.
If we imagine that this practice could affect even just 1% of
e-Bay customers, it would be a considerable illicit turnover that will
go unpunished.
Best regards
