How come the eBay guarantee doesn't apply to me? I'm referring to The Real Perez Prado, which I purchased and paid for in the USA on 6/8/24 and have not yet received. I'm waiting impatiently!

Ebay can only help you if no more than 30 days have passed since the supposed delivery date.
