Item paid with PayPal and the item is still in the cart and does not show as paid | Questions and answers among users

Good evening, this evening I bought a phone on eBay, I was redirected to PayPal for the payment, I made it, confirmed it, and then I was NOT redirected back to eBay. The item therefore shows as paid, but it's still in the cart!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?!?!?!?
