he got me to close the dispute on PayPal promising me a refund but then he denied everything
it’s really frustrating what happened to me, and for him to get away with it while also deleting my feedback
I received no help from eBay

Mentore4 months agoFrom eBay you didn’t get help just because you didn’t ask for it.
If instead of contacting PayPal you had opened eBay’s return procedure, you could have returned the non-compliant item at the seller’s expense and would have been fully refunded.
