Sealed item, but they claim it doesn't work
Good morning everyone,
as a non-professional seller I sold a brand-new, sealed scooter.
I had bought it but then decided not to use it and decided to resell it to recover at least part of the cost.
I would like to point out that it was new, never opened, and the factory straps had never even been removed.
The buyer contacts me the evening of receiving it and says that he confirms it arrived new, sealed and perfect but that the battery does not charge; he therefore asks to return it.
How should I behave?
It will arrive opened, assembled and disassembled, no longer untouched, sealed and brand new as before.
And if he had made some mistake, causing it to deteriorate?
Thank you

Mentore1 year agoIf they open a correct return request, you’ll be required to provide them with a return shipping label too.... and whatever comes back to you, you’ll be required to refund it... if you do nothing, you’ll lose the item and the money.
That’s how online sales work.
Have a good day.
