I purchased a CD as an unregistered user on December 2, 2024 from an American private seller, the item was supposed to arrive between December 16 and 30, but to this day I have received neither the CD nor any news about the shipment: since I don't know the seller's email, which is not listed in the store, how can I notify them of the complaint within no more than one month from the presumed delivery date in order to activate the eBay guarantee if the seller does not respond after 3 working days? Thanks to anyone who can help me
