Package
Good morning,
I bought an item on Monday and it was shipped on 13/09 with delivery expected for 15/09.
I have no tracking information for the package and, moreover, the seller keeps telling me they will be back on 30/08.
As far as I’m concerned, they’ve already been back for a while because 30/08 means August, so I don’t understand why they’re replying to me like this and I have no news about my package.
Honestly, I need it urgently, it’s causing me problems at work.

unfortunately for online purchases there is no such thing as "urgency", since too many factors can affect delivery.
You simply need to be patient; if it doesn’t arrive by today, tomorrow you can open a report:

Also, there’s really no point in insisting on contacting the seller, they have no obligation to reply to you.
