Package stuck
Good evening, I bought an item, it was shipped right away, but in the parcel tracking I see a red x with the words "delivery failed due to incomplete details" on it. The address is correct... why is that? The parcel is just a few km from me, how can I track it down and pick it up?

Mentore2 years agoIf you tracked it down via the web, you have the shipping number... go with that number to the courier depot and ask if they can deliver it to you... they may not do it.
Otherwise, if you're sure that the seller also entered the address correctly and that your name is clearly visible at the street number indicated, have it put back out for delivery.
