package returned
Good evening, I sent a package and when I went to create the label with poste delivery , the system prompted me to choose between 3 post offices in Florence. I went to see which post office was closest to where the customer lives and, obviously, I chose the one closest to him. After about 10 days the package came back because it was not picked up. At the post office they don't know why this happened. Now I don't know whether it's a problem with Poste Italiane or with the customer, the fact is that I have the package back and I have to resend it, but who pays for the second shipment? thanks for the replies

Mentore2 years agoBut had the customer expressly chosen pickup-point delivery? Hadn’t he indicated which post office to send it to?
