I placed an order, paying via Klarna. The installment was charged twice, but the order is still pending and doesn't seem to have gone through. I did it before registering. How can I proceed to request a refund?

If they confirm that the purchase was completed and that it is not just a pre-authorization, you can have eBay customer service contact you using the link ask us to call you that you’ll find at the bottom of this page ... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/paying-items/acquistare-come-utente-non-registrato?id=4035&st=3&pos=2&query=Acquistare%20come%20utente%20non%20registrato&intent=non%20registrato&lucenceai=lucenceai&docId=HELP1147
