Payment unsuccessful
Good morning everyone. A few days ago a seller accepted one of my offers and while I was making the payment online with Pay Pal I had to give up because I couldn't remember my password. When I recovered the password and tried to complete the payment I realized that I can no longer do it because the item is marked as already paid. I checked both my transaction history and with the seller and I am absolutely certain that I HAVE NOT PAID FOR THE ITEM. The seller was told that I have to unlock the situation by going to "other actions" and clicking on "cancel the report of payment sent", but I have done it dozens of times with no result.
What can I do?

The "paid" mark is put there automatically by eBay; you and the seller can't do anything to change it.
