Why does eBay remove negative reviews?
I noticed that eBay removed two reviews I had left for two scam sellers. Without even a notice. Is this normal? In the reviews I simply wrote what had happened, and to prove it both reviews stayed published for several days. Now I can’t find them anymore... If this isn’t censorship... Has this happened to anyone else?

So why should it notify you when it removes it??
If it removes it, it's because it has its reasons... that is, it violates the marketplace rules or it's defamatory.

OP1 year agoAbsolutely not. They sent me a PC different from the one shown, I left feedback and sent the photos. Anyway, for us buyers, other sites are better. It’s unthinkable that even now the listing is still there and who knows how many buyers will be misled. Shopping on eBay is always a gamble

Mentore1 year agoThat's absolutely not true... if the item doesn't match what was stated, open a return request for item not as described and everything is at the seller's expense!

Probably not... but it's easier to leave negative feedback... pointlessly...

And why didn't you return it at the seller's expense?
One of the reasons it was cancelled is that you didn't use eBay's customer guarantee, which was created precisely for these cases.
