Why can't I contact the seller?

I purchased an item and the seller sent me photos of the shipment. I can't see the photos and I can't contact the seller. The shipment should arrive in the middle of next week.

Wait until the delivery deadline has passed; if the item hasn’t arrived, ask ebay for help.
