Good morning, I made a purchase with "Posta 1" shipping, which should be correctly delivered within 4 business days, but it’s been 6 days and no letter has still been delivered. Has it been lost or is it simply delayed? In the meantime, though, others from more recent purchases have arrived.

the 4-day timing is theoretical and under perfect conditions... but knowing that in Italy there is nothing perfect, the delay is more than normal, also considering the holidays that just passed.
