Mentore3 weeks agoI saw that you state the goods are located in Bronzo in Italy, but there doesn’t seem to be any municipality with that name. Maybe that’s the problem, namely that since it can’t be found within the EU, VAT is applied automatically.
Check whether the surcharge applied is 22%.
