PROBLEM
I shipped an item to Salerno. The buyer tells me that according to the tracking it was delivered, also in Salerno, but to a different address. Unfortunately, it's an expensive item and I think there's little I can do to recover anything. Any advice? Thanks

Mentore1 year agoCheck whether the tracking actually shows the address it was delivered to.
Check whether the address on the package matches the one you received from eBay.
If the address you put on the package was correct, ask the courier for an explanation of why the tracking shows a delivery to an address different from the recipient’s.
