VAT issue from San Marino to Italy

Good morning, does anyone have an eBay store located in San Marino? I find myself having started and opened a store with a location in San Marino because we are actually in San Marino. My problem is that I set a price, for example 20 euros, and when I put it up for sale people see it with the addition of Italian VAT. How do I do it? Also on my other ecommerce site it sells without VAT being applied to private customers in Italy if we don't exceed 20,000 a year, and then we are forced to open an Italian tax position, but here the situation is different, can someone give me information about it? because I wouldn't want to get there and go over the 20,000 on eBay, then it charges VAT and I have to open an Italian tax position anyway ... thanks
