Resolution
Good afternoon. Today a package arrived for one of my buyers, then after opening it he wanted a return and I did it, but I didn't understand why I had to put 77 euros out of my own pocket.
If someone knows why, please let me know, thanks

Mentore7 months agoYou're a new or infrequent seller, so your funds are held by eBay for 15 days.
In the event of a return and refund, the held funds are never enough because eBay has already deducted its fees. eBay therefore asks you to top up the amount by adding a credit card. Then, if you are entitled to it, they will credit the fees back to you.
