returned to the seller sent back
I made a return with Poste international shipping. The seller closed the return case saying that they never received the package. In reality, the package came back to me with the reason "unclaimed" meaning not picked up by the recipient/seller.
Ebay says that now nothing more can be done and that I will never get the refund...

Mentore3 years agoHad you opened a return process and did eBay give you the return address?
In this case you can appeal eBay's decision; maybe first you can talk to customer service, specifying that they gave you the address and that the package was refused by the recipient.
