Good evening, I have a problem with the seller: the package arrived with 5 out of 17 pieces broken inside and others already glued from shipping (so not intact), I immediately started the return, after the first messages asking if we could reach an agreement, after I refused he disappeared! I really don’t know how to ask support for help, I started the return on November 27.
