Object return
Hello, I bought a bag that I would like to return, however, as it is heavy and bigger than I expected. I started the process and the seller offered me a refund with the option to keep it. I would like to return it anyway, how do I do it? I can’t proceed because I don’t have the shipping code. How can I solve this?

Mentore1 year agoThis is a clear example of a return due to the buyer changing their mind.
Only if you bought it from a professional seller can you return it even without their consent.
To do so, you need to use the eBay procedure and the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
