If an item is returned to the seller for being held unclaimed (the buyer was on vacation), does the price have to be refunded? Or can the seller ask for another amount to resend the item?

Mentore3 years agoIn the case you described, the seller has no obligation to refund you; the situation described is not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, so, if he wants, he can refund you only the cost of the item... or else you can (indeed, you “should”) pay for a new shipment.
