Request for return
Good evening, I wanted to know why, once I requested a return for having received a damaged item, it no longer lets me attach other photos besides the ones I first uploaded at the beginning. Also, when I go into the return case, if I try to reply to the seller's messages, there too I can only write but not attach more photos, which, among other things, the seller is asking me to send.
