Good evening,
I placed an order on May 7 with delivery expected from May 9 to 12.
The seller shipped it late on May 14 via Brt courier and provided me with the tracking.
Domestic Brt shipment from Palermo to Florence.
As of today, May 20, the item's whereabouts are unknown because it only shows as having left but never arriving anywhere.
Day by day the delivery date on the Brt website keeps getting postponed and after 15 days I still have nothing.
Can ebay refund me even though the seller provided the tracking but the item was never delivered?
At this point I would like to wait for the last date indicated as the expected delivery date on the Brt website (May 22), but if even on that day it is not out for delivery, I would like to get my money back and make the purchase elsewhere. Is my request possible?
