Refund
Summary: The discussion topic concerns a refund. natale.michela72 started the thread, but the specific content of the post is missing. marioelegio's contribution also provides no additional details.
A buyer contacted me, made an offer, I accepted. Meanwhile I see that almost €5.00 is being deducted from what was accepted, this is the first time and I don’t know that Ebay takes commission from the seller. We agree to proceed... at a certain point he tells me that he doesn’t want it anymore because, without his knowledge, the item was purchased by a member of his family and so he apologizes and asks for a refund! Now I don’t know, and I’m asking. The money was not yet in my possession obviously, it’s on hold, if I accept the refund where does Ebay take the money from? Did he scam me? It shows that he paid. Thanks

Mentore1 year agoEBay will ask you to refund the buyer with your credit card, then when the suspension ends you will receive the payment credit and the fee refund.
