Refund not received yet
Good morning everyone, on January 10 I received a refund for an item I bought by mistake and sent back to the seller.
However, this refund still hasn’t arrived in my account (it’s January 18) ... the seller also sent me a screenshot showing that the amount was deducted from their account.. is the process really that slow?

Mentore1 year agoThe ebay procedure is pretty quick.
You should have received an email from ebay confirming the refund. From the date of the email, the refund transfer is issued within two working days.
The refund follows the same route as the payment, in reverse. So all the time after those two days depends only on your credit card and/or your bank account.
For example, if you paid with PayPal linked to a premium bank account, you have the money in your account at 9 a.m. on the third working day; if you used PayPal with a credit card, ebay refunds PayPal, PayPal after a few days makes a bank transfer to the network that handles the card and from there it takes several days for the money to return to the account the card was linked to. In the worst cases, more than 15 days can pass.
