Refund for returned item

Good evening everyone,

I was returned an item declared "ordered by mistake"

I am being asked for a refund including shipping costs.

No complaints about the item, but I was wondering whether it is correct to also refund the shipping costs, as that is a cost I as the seller incur because of the buyer's mistake.

..... If, as a private seller, you state in your listings that you accept returns for change of mind, then you also accept the conditions set by the Consumer Code, and therefore the refund must include everything the buyer paid you (shipping included).
