Partial refund
Hello everyone. I received an item that doesn’t work and I requested a return through the eBay form, but without opening a specific case. The seller, who specified that they did not want the item back, refunded me only the cost of the item but not the shipping costs. I asked for an explanation, but by now they no longer reply. So I tried to file a complaint, first with eBay and then with PayPal, but in both cases I was prevented from doing so because the item shows as partially refunded (and therefore the case would be closed). I’ve never had anything like this happen to me. Have any of you? If so, how did you solve the problem?

Mentore3 years agoIf you accepted the partial refund, you can’t ask for anything else now.

OP3 years agoI did not accept the partial refund. It was the seller's initiative. The written agreement provided for a full refund.
