Good evening, I’m asking for some practical advice about an eBay order.I won an auction and paid for the order normally, for a total of €283.99, shipping included. After payment, the seller wrote to me saying the final price was too low and proposed replacing the cards in the listing with others. I رفضed the replacement and specified that I was not asking for cancellation.The seller then cancelled the order by selecting the reason “cancellation at the buyer’s request,” but in chat he confirmed that he did it himself because it was the first time he had cancelled and he didn’t know how to proceed correctly.The problem is that the refund is showing as partial: I paid €283.99, but PayPal/eBay show a refund of €254.00. On the eBay order page, there is still an outstanding balance of €29.99.The “item not received” path sends me to the future expected delivery date, while PayPal sends me to eBay. I’d like to understand the correct way to get the remaining balance refunded and report that the cancellation reason entered by the seller is not correct.Thanks.
