Refund for damaged item
Can someone help me with filing a claim for a refund on an item? I ordered 3 ps1 games from America but unfortunately one arrived with the case destroyed even though it was well packaged. Thanks to anyone who helps me🙏🏻

if you made a purchase that included all three games, you’ll need to return all three.... if instead they were three separate purchases, you only need to open the request for the item in question:
Return an item in exchange for a refund | eBay
Remember that everything will be at the seller’s expense; if they don’t provide you with a return label, after the fourth day from opening the request you can ask eBay for help:
