Resend another item to the buyer

Good evening,I sold some plants a few weeks ago, and now I find out that some of them didn't take root. I would like to send new seedlings to the buyer, who would only pay me the shipping costs, but how can I get the money credited to me from the customer through eBay?And can I make the new shipment using the eBay shipping system or not?I couldn't find anything on the order page, and I wouldn't want to do something wrong, since this is the first time I've had a problem like this.Thank you.

If you follow eBay procedures, everything would be at your expense, or you could offer a partial refund. A new shipment at the buyer’s expense is not предусмотрed.

However, nothing stops you from offering him a listing at an attractive price made just for him (maybe with a title in his name).
