Good morning, I should preface that I’m new to eBay, a customer purchased an item with pickup from my location, (so they didn’t pay shipping costs) I think they made the payment because it shows as being processed, but the money hasn’t reached me yet. I tried contacting them to arrange the pickup, but they haven’t replied either yesterday or today. I looked at the customer’s address and it turns out to be more than 1000 km from my location.What should I do?Thanks
