I sold a sealed New item it contains a shirt and a Travis Scott CD I have all the invoices and the original customs clearance papers from the company in my name, bought in America. The buyer said it’s fake and wants a refund and sent me a photo of a fake shirt he bought . NOT MY SEALED PACKAGE WITH LOGOS . As I was saying, I’ve been an Ebay customer for twenty years with 761 positive feedback and the buyer has 1 feedback ( you can tell he’s a scammer ) … What can I do since he asked for a refund so as not to get ripped off by the original item and have to send him the Solfi too???
